In recognition of her contributionsto CCL, Cindy has received the honorary designation of Senior Fellow, and shewas recently elected as a Fellow in the American Psychological Association. Ellen Van Velsor is a Senior Fellow at the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, NC. She also serves as Rs Handbook of Leadership Development and coauthor of Breaking the Glass Ceiling: Can Women Reach the Top of Americas Largest Corporations? She has authored numerous book chapters, articles, and reports, and serves on the editorial board of Leadership Quarterly. Marian Ruderman is Group Director, Global Leadership and Diversity at the Center for Creative Leadership. She is currently co-manager of a major study that focuses on Leadership Across Differences. This multi-year project is designed to develop tools, techniques, and interventions that enable leadership to more effectively lead groups of people with very different histories, perspectives, values, and cultures. She has co-authored 2 books and her work has been published in Academyof Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Eurobusiness, and Leader to Leader. Her work has been cited in Chicago Tribune, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Fast Company, and Working Woman, among many others. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, Society for I/O Psychology, the Academy of Management, and associate member of the Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence.
