This is the first textbook entirely dedicated to endovascular treatment of complications of arteriovenous accesses for hemodialysis (native fistulas and prosthetic grafts). The book addresses the anatomy of upper limb arteries and veins as well as the clinical presentation of patients or the way to perform andread a fistulogram. Many details and illustrations are provided about subtleties in catheterization and dilation of stenoses. From a strategic point of view, this is first time that it is explained that many stenoses must be either ignored or deliberately underdilated.
