Emotionally intelligent leadership for students: facilitation and activity guide

This suite of products centers around the Emotionally Intelligent Leadership Inventory (EILI). This is a valid and reliable, quantitative and qualitative, 8-page self assessment of emotionally intelligent leadership skills. The inventory is built on the 3 facets and 21 capacities of emotionally intelligent leadership described in the authors' book Emotionally Intelligent Leadership: A Guide for College Students, and helps students uncover their own emotionally intelligent leadership skills and includes guidance for further development on the capacities where the student has growth potential. The EIL Facilitation andActivities Guide uses step-by-step instructions to lead facilitators and instructors through modularized activities found in the EIL Student Workbook. It can also be used in conjunction with the book Emotionally Intelligent Leadership and/or as follow-up students' self-assessment using the EIL Inventory. The modularized, timed activities can be taught out of sequence and customized to fit the needs of a curricular or co-curricular program. The guide offers various options and scenarios for using activities in different settings with different time constraints.
